1. What I collect

Contact form

When you use the contact form:

• Name
• Email
• Company (optional)
• Project type
• Message content

2. Cookies and measurement

Two systems measure how this site is used, and they are deliberately different:

• Umami. Counts visits, pages and where people arrived from. It sets no cookies, stores no personal data and cannot follow you to another site, so it runs for everyone and needs no consent.
• Google Analytics. Sets cookies and sends data to Google. It only runs if you accept it in the banner, and it stays off if you decline or ignore it. Advertising features are switched off permanently.
• Events. Buttons pressed, projects opened, how far down a page you read, and whether a form was sent. These record what was done, never who did it.
• What is never measured: nothing you type into the contact form reaches either system. Your name, email, company and message go to my inbox and nowhere else.
• Your choice is stored in your browser, not in a cookie. Clear your site data to be asked again.

3. What it's used for

Collected data is used for:

• Replying to your message
• Project consultations
• Following up if needed

4. Storage and security

• Form data is processed via Resend
• Standard security measures apply

5. Your GDPR rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data
• Request deletion
• Object to processing
• Receive a copy
• File a complaint with the Belgian DPA
• Request modification

6. Retention

Data is retained:

• Form data: up to 24 months
