The Prime Digitalisation.
Brussels pays for part of it.
If your company has an operating seat in the Brussels-Capital Region, the Prime Digitalisation can cover 25% to 70% of a consultancy mission, up to 10,000 EUR per calendar year. The first thing it funds is the digitalisation of your internal processes: automating the manual work between your tools. That is the work I do.

- Per company, for two missions at most.

- 6 months maximum
- It funds a defined mission, not an ongoing retainer.
What it covers
Three domains. Internal processes first.

Digitalisation of internal processes
The manual work between your tools. Intake, quotes, reporting, the copying between two systems that will not talk to each other.

Development or technical improvement of a website
Building the site, or fixing one that is slow, invisible to search, or impossible for your team to update.
- 03
IT security
Securing the company and its data, where that is the point of the mission.
The catch
File it before the mission starts.
The application has to be in at the latest the day before the mission begins. This is the single thing that disqualifies most companies: they decide to go ahead, start the work, and only then look into funding, by which point it is gone. Raise it on our first call and checking costs nothing. Raise it after we start and it is too late.

I quote in writing before anything starts
A fixed price with the mission scoped and dated, which is the document the application needs anyway.

A defined problem inside six months, which is the form the scheme expects and the way I prefer to work regardless.
