The Prime Digitalisation.Support for your digital project.

The Prime Digitalisation can cover 25% to 70% of eligible consultancy costs, up to 10,000 EUR a year. It’s for SMEs with an operating establishment in Brussels that meet the conditions. Here’s how to factor it into your project.

Depending on the increases you qualify for: starter status or recognised environmental or social exemplarity.

10,000 EUR
Per company, for two missions at most.
Minimum per request
500 EUR
Minimum grant amount per application.
Mission length
6 months maximum
It funds a defined mission, not an ongoing retainer.

What it covers

What kinds of project can qualify?

  1. Processes, products and services

    Connect your business tools, automate tasks or create a tool for your team. For example, send order details to your invoicing system without typing them in again.

  2. Development or technical improvement of a website

    Create a business website, add an ordering feature or improve its performance and connections with your other tools.

  3. IT security

    Review account access, improve data protection or check backups so you can recover your work after an incident.

Before work begins

File it before the mission starts.

Submit your application through MonBEE no later than the day before work starts, and keep the acknowledgement of receipt. Saving a draft is not the same as submitting it. If you start before the decision, you accept the risk of refusal. Mention the grant in our first conversation so we can plan the steps in the right order.

  1. Check the initial conditions

    We look at your business and project to identify the criteria you need to check. This first conversation does not replace the decision by Brussels Economy and Employment.

  2. Describe the planned work

    I provide a written quote with the objective, services, dates and price of the project, ready to include in your application.

  3. Plan the timing

    We define a one-off project lasting no more than six months and plan the steps so you can apply before work begins.
